Erica A. Garuccio graduated cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in Psychology before receiving a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating in the top ten percent and as Order of the Curule in 2005.
Erica has recently come back into private criminal defense practice, after having spent the past 8 years serving as an Assistant District Attorney for the Payne and Logan County District Attorney's Offices. Erica has conducted well over twenty felony trials, along with successfully presenting motions and hearings before the Court.
Erica is a member of the Payne County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Erica looks forward to using her experience, knowledge, and local expertise to help assess and resolve your legal circumstances in a cost effective and professional manner.
